Timeline

✦ DM me with your reference materials. You could include:

✦ If I accept your commission, I will inform you of the price.
✦ I will sketch your commission and send it to you. Once you are satisfied with your sketch, you will need to pay ~50% of the total price upfront.
✦ I will send you progress shots along the way. Feel free to ask for the progress status.
✦ You are allowed as many major alterations as you like - however, I have the right to reject them if they are unreasonable.
✦ Once I am finished with your artwork, the remaining amount of the commission will be paid.
✦ After your final payment, I will send you a link to a Google Document with your images.
This doc will include at least:

✦ I have the right to reject any commission request.
✦ Your artwork will be delivered within 2 months of the accepting of the commission.
Let me know if you have any deadlines.
-----✦ If you need your artwork urgently (within 5 days or
--------less), inform me of your deadline. I will prioritize and
--------finish your artwork. An additional 20% rush fee will be
--------included in your payment.
-----✦ If I am unable to complete your commission within the
--------specified time, I will drop the commission price to part
--------of it's original total.
✦ Prices are negotiable with reasoning.
✦ I have the right to use your commission for my own non-commercial purposes, such as portfolio/resume.
✦ I have the right to use commissions of characters from existing franchises for commercial purposes (merch). I will inform you if I intend to make merchandise of your commission first. You can request for me not to do so, and I will abide by this.
✦ If I do end up making merchandise of your commission, feel free to ask for a few pieces of the merchandise! I will try to send it to you free of charge (customs charges may still apply)
✦ You can request for me to keep your commission private. If not, you consent to your artwork being reposted and potentially used to create non-commerical content such as Speedpaints, progress shots, tutorials etc. at any point of progress
✦ Commercial rates differ from regular rates: contact me for details!YOU CAN:
✦ Post and display the artwork anywhere (no credit required but it’ll be nice 🥺)
✦ Make physical copies for yourself only
✦ Edit and alter it as you wishDO NOT:
✦ Claim my work as yours.
✦ Portray me or my artwork in a negative light unreasonably.
✦ use my artwork commercially unless you have discussed a share of the profit with me.
